Q: How do I place an order?
A: Fill out the Custom Cookie Order Request form. Please provide as much information as possible along with inspiration photos. I will send a follow up email along with a quote within 48 hours.
Q: When to order Custom Cookies?
A: I recommend placing your order 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event date. If less than 2 weeks out please check the Custom Cookie Order Request form for availability. For "Rush Orders" please email me, a rush order fee of $15.00 will be applied per dozen.
Q: What is a “Presale”?
A: During a holiday presale there will be specific designs you can pre-purchase for a specific pick up date and time. Most holiday cookie sales will be done in this fashion. Be sure to watch for details on Instagram and Facebook, where I will post when the presale will open/close.
Q: How to order presale cookies?
A: Click the "Shop" and select the cookie(s) you would like to purchase. You will be able to select a pick up date, design variations, and add personal details depending on the design. Presales must be paid for at the time of order using a credit/debit card.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: I am able to refund and cancel your order up to 14 business days prior to your pick up date. A $50 cancelation fee will be assessed at the time of your refund in addition to additional funds used to purchase customized items such as but not limited to acrylic plaques, custom cakesicles sticks, bows, molds, etc. No refunds will be given to orders cancelled within in 13 days of the pick up date. (At this point supplies, plans, time, etc. has been spent on your order). No refunds will be given for cookies pre sales or orders that are not picked up.
Q: Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options?
A: Unfortunately, I cannot at this time.
Q: Can you ship your cookies?
A: Yes, I can only ship cookies, up to 4 dozen per package. Additional shipping fees starting at $18 will be applied. Cupcakes and Cakesicles can not be shipped.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, a delivery fee of $20.00 will be added to the order total for deliveries within 30 minutes of my location.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full. For very large orders I require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date.
Q: Can I freeze your cookies?
A: Yes! To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or Ziploc, by stacking them on their side. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. Remove the cookies from the freezer 24 hours prior to needing them. DO NOT open the container or Ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
Q: How to preserve my cupcakes, cookies & cakesicles once I receive them?
A. Please store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within cookies within 2 weeks. Do NOT refrigerate cookies. Please keep cookies in the heat sealed bag until you are ready to serve. For optimum taste please consume cupcakes in 24 hours. Do not place cakesicles in a container that can cause condensation. Do not place any treats in direct sun light.
